cookie policy

This policy covers cookies and similar technologies on 4gospel.art, operated by Fundacja Dobrostanu dla Pokoleń. Details of the controller and your rights can be found in the privacy and GDPR information.

Questions about privacy settings can be sent to office@naszdobrostan.org.

basic website version

Information, photos, the gallery, video and fonts are loaded from the 4gospel.art server. The embedded Microsoft Forms application form is displayed automatically; you can disable it in privacy settings. We do not add our own advertising scripts or marketing tracking tools to the site.

When you change the form setting, we save the following in your browser’s local storage under 4gospel-privacy-v1: your preference, the date and version. This record is used to respect your choice and remains valid for 180 days. It is not an advertising identifier. Without a saved preference, the form is displayed by default. Simply opening the page does not record recruitment consent on your behalf. If your browser blocks local storage, the setting lasts only until the page is closed or refreshed.

Microsoft Forms application form

The form loads automatically with the page unless you have previously disabled it in privacy settings. Displaying it connects to Microsoft services and uses form cookies and identifiers. Microsoft describes Forms cookies as supporting sessions, security and aggregated signals for service reliability and performance. Details are provided in the Microsoft 365 cookie documentation. We cannot independently disable Microsoft’s external technologies within the code of its form.

The technologies below were present when the form was checked on 22 October 2026. Microsoft’s stored items and retention periods may change as the service is updated.

The form communicates with domains including forms.cloud.microsoft, hive.forms.usercontent.microsoft, odc.officeapps.live.com and eu-mobile.events.data.microsoft.com. More about Microsoft’s purposes, cookies and data controls: Microsoft privacy statement.

disabling the form and changing settings

You can select “privacy settings” in the footer at any time to disable the form or enable it again. Disabling it removes the embedded form and stops it from loading again on this site. Your saved choice to disable it remains active for 180 days.

An application already submitted remains with the controller under the GDPR information; disabling the embed does not withdraw recruitment consent. To withdraw that consent, write to art@naszdobrostan.org.

4gospel.art cannot access or independently delete cookies stored on Microsoft domains. You can remove or block them in your browser’s privacy settings. Deleting 4gospel.art local storage also removes your chosen form setting; on your next visit, the default automatic display will return.

links and the basis for using technologies

Opening the form in a new tab or selecting another external link takes you to the provider’s website, where its terms and privacy settings apply.

Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law applies to storing information on a device. The website’s own record serves only to remember your form setting. Microsoft Forms data and technologies are described above. The rules for processing personal data and separate recruitment consent are set out in the GDPR information.

privacy settings

The application form loads automatically. You can disable it here. We will remember your setting for 180 days.

Disabling the form stops it from loading. It does not delete an application you have already submitted or Microsoft cookies previously saved; you can remove those in your browser settings.
