website terms
Effective from 22 October 2026
These terms govern free use of 4gospel.art and its electronic features. You can save this page or print it from your browser.
service provider and contact
The site is operated by Fundacja Dobrostanu dla Pokoleń, ul. Jana Kiepury 4/8, 40-724 Katowice, KRS 0001242885, NIP 6343072321. Contact for questions and reports about website operation: office@naszdobrostan.org. For music, concerts and recruitment: art@naszdobrostan.org.
scope of services
The site provides information about the choir, musicians, concerts and initiatives, galleries, a rehearsal video, media materials, email links and a Microsoft Forms application form. These features are free and require no account; internet access costs depend on your agreement with your provider.
Browsing begins at your request when you open the site and ends when you leave it. You may stop using the form before submitting a response by closing it. Withdrawal of consent after submitting an application is covered by the GDPR information for applicants.
Submitting an application means taking part in the current recruitment, not automatic admission to the choir. The current form sets out the recruitment criteria and conditions. A concert enquiry starts contact with the Foundation; the date, scope of cooperation and any financial arrangements require separate agreement.
technical requirements and security
You need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser supporting HTTPS and HTML5. Interactive galleries and privacy settings require JavaScript. Email contact requires an email address; the form is an external Microsoft service. If you have problems, use the direct form link or contact the Foundation by email.
The embedded form is open by default and loads automatically. You can disable it using the settings described in the cookie policy. Never send passwords or data unrelated to your application. Using the internet carries risks of malware and phishing; keep your browser updated and check the address of the site you open.
use of the site and materials
Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Unlawful content, attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the site and sending other people’s data or recordings without an appropriate basis are prohibited.
Rights to texts, photos, recordings, marks and other materials belong to the Foundation or the respective authors and rights holders. Making material publicly available does not transfer rights or permit unrestricted use. Materials may be used within the law and the granted licence; contact the Foundation for additional use or media publication. Photo credits in concert coverage remain part of the material information.
external services
Selecting a link to Microsoft Forms, WeTransfer, Instagram, Google Drive or Google Photos takes you to a separate service governed by its provider’s terms. The Foundation is responsible for its own actions, materials and handling of applications under the law; these terms do not exclude users’ rights under mandatory law.
reporting problems and complaints
You may report technical problems and complaints about website services to office@naszdobrostan.org or in writing to the Foundation’s address. Describe the feature, approximate time and problem, and provide contact details. You do not need to give a PESEL number, identity document or other unnecessary data.
We will reply without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving a complaint. If we need more information, we will contact you. You may stop using the free service at any time.
privacy and changes to the terms
Data processing is covered by the privacy and GDPR information, and browser storage by the cookie policy. Displaying the form does not replace the recruitment consent given when an application is submitted.
These terms are effective from 22 October 2026. Changes may result from changes to site features, Foundation details or the law. A new version will be published with its effective date and will not infringe acquired rights or the rules concerning data previously provided.
